\u3010 #100miles ?\u200d\u2642\ufe0f #100\u30de\u30a4\u30eb \u3011 \u2022 #TheGrandSlamofUltrarunning, that is what I did, which is recognition for those who complete 4 of the oldest US 100 mile runs in 4 mths. I accomplished the GS and now I can feel happy, relaxed and calm but also feel kind of sad because it was over. I had thought I will try it once I get in #WesternStates and I waited for over 7 yrs until I got the chance to try this year so it's been a long time and the 4 races I finished are all great and fun so of course the completion of the GS also brought a big feeling of accomplishment to me. But on the other hand, I couldn\u2019t have enough training due to Thomas Fire and the big loss of our dog so I regret about the result (total time : 100 hrs for 4 races) as well. I'm sure it was just an excuse, I should have prepared for the GS at all times. Nonetheless, I could efficiently train in a short period from April and felt confident about it, but I also think I don't want to try the GS again, and am feeling sick with instability fever after Wasatch (It's new to me), so I now feel both, I got the load off my shoulder, and still unclear. Anyway, I think I need a next challenge or time will solve, and to begin with, I want to thank my wife @psi315 very much for her longtime support for my challenge, and thank my boss\/colleagues for letting me go\/take offs for the races pleasantly and everyone who supported us.
